Q: What is a Basic Web Presence?
A: A Basic Web Presence is a website that will give you a professional look. searchable and viewable information about your small business (or ranch, church, service, book, art or other genre). Without a website, you're virtually in the dark for the millions of folks searching every year for goods and services in America. If it's the basics you're looking for, you can save hundreds and even thousands of dollars by going basic! Other web designers charge about $500 if not well over $1,000 for websites. Save your money if you're not a huge department store etc.
Q: What should I put on my website?
A: Think of your website as a digital brochure. It may contain text, images, links, forms, maps or other files and information. Once you have your website, we recommend you offer something special and different than your competition and communicate that on your website. You put the content together that you want displayed about your business and let us make it pretty. We'll add your map, Contact Us form and other items that are typical to a small business website.
Q: Is my credit card information safe?

Q: What happens after I sign up?
A: Once we narrow your plan into a package that fits you and we recieve payment, we will design a rough draft within a week. When the rough draft is finished we will set a time for you to review your website. The first month is a "fine-tuning" period where you can make changes, add content or subtract ideas we added during this phase. We'll make adjustments to your liking and come up with an end-product that you're absolutely delighted with.
Q: How does the Domain Name work?
A: Once you register for your custom Domain Name, you own it forever. Or for as long as you want to keep it. Choose a name that is easy to say and spell. We will help you create your custom domain name (eg.
www.sangrewebdesigns.com) and then register it in your name. You'll have the opportunity to update that registration annually. Registration runs about $14.95/year.
Q: What happens if I need technical support after you build my site?
A: For as long as your site is live, we'll be here to help. Just give us a call, report any problems, and we'll fix them!
